although telephone and power has been pulled 3 lots away where there is a cabin

Much of the lot is on a slope, but there is a large enough flat portion at the top of the hill 
for a campsite or cabin;  there is also a level area along the shore line

The river is good for canoeing, fishing.
 Not sure of the hunting regulations in the area.

Also included is a 1951 Silver Streak Trailer now painted in camouflage green
Trailer is not currently mobile, needs new tires (at least)

sink (+ water tank) - gas stove & heater
propane tanks; condition unknown
Outside hook up for 110v power (or generator)
at least 1 electric wall lamp found (may be others)
 electric refrigerator (condition unknown, but the compressor did engage)
